Can anyone explain why my anti virus is detecting trojans on this website? It doesn't happen anywhere else.

Also, SORRY this is obviously the wrong forum, but I have no idea where to put it and I want advice.

that's just detecting the RSS feed that is set up to auto-discover

your software is absolutely clueless if it thinks our RSS feed is a trojan :-/

That's odd ... Kaspersky has been detecting it since this morning. Maybe it's the updated database of this morning that f***ed things up. Meh, okay, hopefully it'll get fixed (software wise). I really have no idea, it's the first time Kaspersky is giving me a false positive, but hey, no software is perfect.

LOL I agree with bgizzle. This site doesn't have trojans. I would recommend getting AVG Anti-Virus free edition.

if you search on google for the name of that thing it thinks it's detecting, it comes up as a "phishing" type thing. my guess is that because people have been talking about the banking situation in canada, it's picking up the name of banks from the RSS feed and that's why it is getting a false positive.

Yup, best answer I can get. I've added this website to the 100% secure ones so I won't get annoyed by the continuous spamming of the trojan alert. Feel free to delete this thread or lock it, thanks for the fast reply.
