Tris gets removed but not this??

    It's not work like this

    1.Tetris is patent protected :> It's not about name but, it's about gameplay solution patent
    2.Apple truly not care how you named your app. Theres need to be a trademark owner (for "Rolo") that have a right to ask Apple to remove that app

    Apple do that since they don't want to have law troubles. Tetris Company removed Tris since they are Tetris patent owner.

    actually i read an article that if tris was named trys it wouldnt have gotten removed

    meh.....Touchris (another Tetris clone, pronounced To Chris) was removed aswell as Tris, nothing to do with the names obviously......

    I don't think its in the UK store :S It doesn't come up for me

    If the app was about round caramel filled chocolate, then Nestle would be able to appeal to Apple. It isn't though.
