Ok, I jailbroke my iPod Touch 2g a couple of weeks back but after playing around with it I decided to unjailbreak(I really have no idea so don't ask, lol) But when I restored I pressed shift+Restore on iTunes and I selected the 2.2.1 firmware I downloaded on a website that quickfreedom gave me. So since I did that am I still technically jailbroken but just with a different firmware? I know it really doesn't make sense....but I really need a answer to this burning question...

No. You have an unedited version of 2.2.1. You'll need to use QuickFreedom again to re-jailbreak.

No, you're not jailbroken if you restore to the original 2.2.1.

Technically, From The Angle You're Coming From, You Could Say That When You Took The iPod Touch Out Of The Box It was Jailbroken With The Official Apple Firmware
But No You Are Not Jailbroken
