Lol this is my first ipod ever and im having trouble transferring videos.
(Theres no tab saying 'videos' so i assume its in the film tab)
When i try to drag and drop the videos nothing happens, then i try dragging it onto the main itunes and nothing happens still. Is there a program to forcefully transfer the files on?

There is not for iPhone/iPod Touch yet, only for iPad that I know of is VLC for iPad(soon for other iDevices). If you want them to play in the native videos app then you'll have to convert them with a program such as handbrake.

You can't since your iPod won't be able to play it. Either convert or not use watch them.

yxflash player is available through cydia. I forget how much it is. However, it plays xvid codec within avi container well. It also plays codecs within wmv container. You can use diskaid to transfer your files and play them. Neither apps are free though. You can google diskaid, and last I checked yxflash was avaialable in the cydia store.
