I just got a new macbook and i have a jailbroken ipod touch 3.0 and all of my music, apps, and videos are on a pc with itunes 9.02. I have like 15 gb of music, apps and vids.

What is the best way to transfer ALL of my data from my pc to the mac?

Also most of my music and videos were not bought on the itunes store. all of the apps were though.

And I want to have my ipod be synced with the mac
