there are a couple methods that work for transferring your apps to other itunes, but is it possible to drag the apps as files onto an empty CD and just give them someone to drag back onto their itunes?

it sounds so easy, but I don't know if it could be THAT easy.
I'd try it, but I think having the apps already on the same computer might affect the result.

No, because you're not supposed to share apps. It's illegal (if they cost money).

I think Apps are DRM-encoded so that they can't be used on an unauthorized computer... just like the music.
