Today my brother, who is entering college, bought a new MacBook Pro with the whole educational discount thing. I already own an 8-gig iPod Touch, but decided to upgrade to a new 16-gig version with the educational deal (you get a new iPod Touch free with the MacBook purchase). So I was wondering if there was any way I could transfer all my saved app data from my old iPod to the new one, as so far I have only been able to transfer the apps themselves.

    Thanks so much!

    AppBackup from Cydia
You just need to backup whatever apps you want, browse to the folder below with WinSCP:
Copy all the backups to your PC along with the backuptimes.plist file one folder up. Then on your new iPod, redownload Appbackup and put the items you saved to the place they were before.
