OK,so I got a new computer this past summer and I put iTunes on it.
I notice that one computer has an "APPS" option in the library and the the other one doesn't.

I have tried transferring purchases and nothing happened and when I sync'd it,it deleted all my apps.I put them back from the other computer but still can't figure out why it won't transfer.

I really don't know what authorizing iTunes is,but I haven't done that on the new computer, could that be why it won't transfer the apps to the library?

I also read here about copying music and apps to external HD,flash drive and possibly burning to CD.
How would I go about doing this?
Maybe if someone could put a link in to a post, I could read up on it.

    Thanks,

Well, if you're going to put songs on a hard drive they need to be either the songs that were 1.29 on itunes or downloaded someway other than itunes, same goes for cds
