Is there anyway to transfer my music to my ipod touch by dragging them to a folder?

I have no clue what this SSH stuff is.

I would but I have over 3000 songs and my sister has a bunch of crap I dont want on it, and I reallly dont feel like going through it all. It would be so much easier to just copy it from my music folder

you can choose the manual transfer in iTunes and then drag only the playlists/music you want.
