The title pretty much describes my question. I just want to make sure that I can transfer my apps from my old iPod Touch to my new one.

PS. Don't get pissed if this has already been mentioned. I searched and no results came up.

I dont think you can do it, unless, if you move the applications folder, then resync, then put it back

App are not assigned to device, but to your Apple ID (that you have by having iTunes account) :> Or iPod is authorized at first sync to use apps and songs buyed by Apple ID that iTunes is logon.

-If you don't delete them from PC you just sync them back
-If you deleted... nothing happens too, you just redownload them for free, AppStore allows to do that ;] this also work if you buy app via mobile AppStore on your old iPod or you can sync back them from old one using "Transfer Purchases" function (right-click on device)

Worse problem will be if you want settings transfer of this apps
