Hello, I posted this on another user's post some days ago, but I couldn't get an answer that totally told me how to do it. Also, i've searched and foudn this topic: http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273542
So the question basically is, if i save all my apps files on an external HDD, would i be able to "install" them again on iTunes on a different PC? I've a lot of apps, and it would really be a mess to have to download them again.
I'm only talking about appstore apps, not about cydia.
NOTE: I've paid for ALL my (paid) apps and this post is not create with any kind of intention of piracy, I just want to know how to transfer apps to a new computer for my only and personal use.
    Thanks!

Thanks for the spam topic but this is paid. There are many free methods that work absolutely fine out there. And btw, iPad only? Come on, the iPhones and iPod Touches will work as well.

Don't you rightclick your device in iTunes and select 'Transfer purchases'?
