I am working on an app which involves tracing a UIImageView around the sceen as it moves. The problem is the TouchesMoved event, while it executes effectivly it seems to return the imageview even if it has moved outside, this only occurs if the finger begins on the UIImageView. I am testing with if([touches view] == theimage). Sorry if I'm not clear but it is hard to explain. I simply need a method in TouchesMoved to test if the touch is outside/inside the UIImageView.

thanks in advance, luke (and if a mod could remove old thread further down the page it would be appreciated, this one has proper info).
