after jailbroken, just update first your installer and than refresh your sources. Thats what i do and i think i've read it more than enough times in this forum too.
Works on Mac + 16 GB ipod touch Thought I should share this.. I've got 16GB ipod touch running 1.1.4, MacBook Pro with Leopard 10.5.2, and iTunes 7.6.1, and the unlock worked for me. Here are the steps I used: 1. Shut off ipod: Hold power button, then slide finger across to power off. 2. Restart ipod in Restore Mode: Hold Home button and power button. When Apple logo starts, release power button. 3. Eject from iTunes: When iTunes recognizes ipod in restore mode, click "ok", then eject (using button in lower right-hand corner). 4. Close iTunes. 5. Start Ziphone. Click jailbreak ipod touch. The first time I ran it, it hung at "locating ipod..", so I clicked "kill ziphone", then clicked 'jailbreak' again. It worked.
