    Hi i have a ipod touch and in a few weeks i will be gettingg iphone 3gs can i transfer all my purchases to my new iphone like apps music etc thanks

    Yes. Just sync with your iTunes account.

    She can have the same purchases that are on itunes as long as hers is authorized on itunes

    Incorrect... Legally you can only share apps within your household / direct family... His girlfriend isn't legally family... This is to prevent theft of App Store accounts. If there is a split then the girlfriend just needs to change the password on the account and the OP is locked out of it.

    Well it is good I only share mine with my little brother because well I don't trust him with his own account. Plus I setup his ipod.

    I've just cheked the EULA and they have removed the 'household' reference. Looks as though you are now able to share iTunes accounts (along with all apps and purchases) with anyone you trust...
