My brand new 3G touch (32gb) will randomly start playing music when the apple headphones with remote and mic are plugged in. I though it might be a headset issue so i had apple replace the earphones. This did not solve the problem. I have also restored the iPod and have had no luck. When using regular headphones this problem does not exist...

Anyone else with this issue and or a solution??

You can start and stop the music by touching the mic/volume thinger. Maybe something is setting that off?
