I have seen a few posts on here about touch not responding and showing up in Itunes, after several days of installing and uninstalling, I have found out what was causing the problem, TUNEBITE, I uninstalled tunebite, then Itunes rebooted reinstalled and hey presto all is well, (24 hours after I built a new pc and spent half a day transferring my library)

Thought it might help anyone with a similar problem

it is piece of software that rips the DRM out of music and videos, I dont think Tunebite was the full reason I suspect it is the incompatability of tunebite and realtek audio drivers

    Sounds illegal....

XD But then again I have two seasons of The Office with DRM.... Just kidding.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's perfectly legal. Awesome! But the big question is: does is work with downloaded TV Shows off of iTunes?
