Hello, and thanks for reading my post:

Whenever I am downloading files larger than 9 MB, the progress just seems to stop and eventually, I recieve an error that the download has failed. This is not just Safari. It also happens with MxTube, dTunes, Cydia, and video streaming. With MxTube, it just goes to 5 MB.
Usually, to remedy the situation, I just exit the application or reset WiFi on SBSettings. However, this is getting to be a pain. I can't download Cydia applications without errors, etc.
I have tried Reseting Network Settings.
I am not sure if it the Internet Service Provider.

    I have slow Internet - 28 KB/s max.

    Thanks!

I think it's just that your internet is just slow.

Get some better Internet, that's all you can do.

I don't know what's wrong but.. My computer downloads 150 KB/s (on average) but my Ipod stays around the 30 kB/s area...
