The screen won't respond to touching it. Help?

That's odd, try any one of these.

    1. Try Rebooting it.
    2. Try Syncing it with iTunes.
    3. Put it into restore mode and get out of it with the iPhuc command "cmd fsboot" (w/o quotes)
    4. Force Restore.

Why do people make threads asking for help on something without telling us what they did before it happened?

Restore, put some random music on it, and take it to an Apple Store. Get a new one.
