OK so I was messing with my little brothers touch a couple hours ago and I did a full reset and now the touch doesn't want to turn on, when I go to turn it on it shows a black screen with the apple logo and a loading circle so I leave it there thinking when its done loading it will turn on but it doesnt it just keeps loading, and then when it does load a white screen comes on for like half a sec then goes back to black loading screen. Anyone know what I could do? this is really frustrating

I have been looking it up online but didn't find anything useful. I Held the power button and home button but that doesn't work.

By "messing around" do you mean trying to jailbreak?

you have to hold the power and home for 10 seconds
then release the power button and keep holding the home button for another 10 seconds, while plugged into pc
    then restore

No, I know how to jailbreak it. He wanted to start new with music so I hit reset assuming it will wipe everything out but it made everything worse.
