    Hello, I followed the tutorial on building the 3.0 Toolchain at Sauriks site and i failed. I think it's because i try to build the Toolchain on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. On 10.5 it worked, but i can't revert, because I'm using to many apps requiring 10.6... and a VM is also an unpleasent way to code... so...
    Does anyone of you know how to build the Toolcahin for 3.1.2 on 10.6 or is ther anyone out there who can send me the files???

    cu & thanks

    Why not just use Xcode?

    'Cause I need the Toolchain for Programming "unallowed" things like using the CAPower Class or sending SMS... and in the standard IOKit.framework its not built in!!!

    Edit: I use Xcode, and I wat to use the Toolchain with Xcode =)

    You can use the default SDK configuration; all you need to do is get some private headers (just class-dump) and add the required frameworks to your target.

    But if I class dump IOKit.framework, the Folder IOKit is empty!!! :D So how can I get this Headers??? :p

    cu

    Edit: By the way: every time i try to class-dump I get this error: class-dump-x died with signal 11, without coredump;

    Yeah. Because IOKit isn't a Cocoa framework.
    :facepalm:

    a) Try to reverse the framework with otool, IDA, etc. [annoying]
    b) Copy the headers from OSX [may not be the exact same thing, but should be compatible]
