I turned off phone using Toggle App. Now I'm stuck at the Apple logo with that loading circle image. Is there a way for me to revive it without restoring my iPoT and starting over again? PLease help. Thanks.

Yes, Toggle does that, unfortunately. I've had luck walking someone through this process, but it depends on whether you can still SSH in, or if it is too late. If you have already rebooted, it is too late, WiFi most likely won't initiate.

    1) SSH in, or use WinSCP and delete Toggle.app (it might be under iToggle, I can't remember now). Then go into ~/Library and remove any preference folders that Toggle may have placed there. Then fully reboot.

    or

    2) If you have a copy of the Phone app, install that and its dependencies.

What's happening is that Toggle is telling SpringBoard to call up the Phone app. But since it is not there, it resprings. And upon resprung, it tries again. Since Phone is not there, it resprings, ad infinitum.

It was too late. I already rebooted. And even if I didn't, my Wifi and SSH were turned off anyway, so I don't think I could've done anything about it. But thanks anyway. I'm back to square 1.
