How To: Gmail & IMAP - Fully Functional (Video Guide Link)

Gmail has just introduced fully functional IMAP

in short, what it does is it makes whatever changes you make on the ipod to be reflected on the gmail account.

heres a quick tutorial on youtube made by Google.

Cool, but I already set up my Gmail account by pressing the Gmail button. Since there's no settings for Mail in the settings I can;t change the account settings. What file must I delete/what must I do to re-setup an account on my iPod Touch? If this is as easy as deleting the app and putting in a fresh one just let me know. Thanks

Actually, you do can change the mail configuration, thou you have to do so in Settings-Mail. Erase the actual account and then set up the new one. I haven't seen the youtube video (sorry, no time now) but, if it's not clear enough (I guess it is) there's step-by-step at help at gmail...

True, but is the rollout still happening? There could be GMail users that still don't have IMAP or recently got it, so it is still new to them.
