    gah!i know a fix but i recently restored. lemme search for the source... give me a couple minutes. (maybe hours)
    ------------------double post merged------------------
    ok heres the source. IF THIS SOURCE IS AGAINST FORUM RULES TELL ME SO I CAN TAKE IT OFF. I DONT KNOW WHAT IT CONSISTS OF, I JUST USE IT FOR THE MMS FIX.

    1. cydia --> manage -->edit --> add --> http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/
    2. once loaded, click on the source and look for "T-mobile 4.0 MMS fix"
    3. Install --> Confirm ... then let is do its thing (im pretty sure it restarts springboard)
    4. Once finished go to settings --> general ---> network ---> cellular data networking
    5. the "apn" should be clear, so in it, type in "epc.tmobile.com"
    6. then press the "network" button on the top left... then press the home button.

    try sending a picture message and it should go through =)
