    Required Tools
    Jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch on 4.0
    OpenSSH
    WinSCP
    Winterboard

    Step 1
create 3 different folders on your desktop.
name the first one "Multitask_FolderBG" you may add whatever you want to the beginning of the name. for example "MY Multitask_FolderBG". Folder two must be named "Bundles". Folder three must be "com.apple.springboard"

    Step 2
unify the folders by draging the Bundles folder into the Multitask_FolderBG folder. then open the bundles folder and drag and drop the com.apple.springboard folder.

    Step 3
find or make whatever wallpaper you like and save it as FolderSwitcherBG.png. it must be exactly that. the size must be 320 x 480 or else it won't work. then drag and drop the wallpaper into the com.apple.springboard folder.

so the order of the files/folders should be in this order
    Multitask_FolderBG - Bundles - com.apple.springboard - FolderSwitcherBG.png

    Step 4
Now we're going to SSH the folder into your device. I used WinSCP to do it so that's how im going to explain it. if its different for the other programs, could someone explain how to do it with that specific program?

When you first open WinSCP you're located at /private/var/root. you want to be at /private/var. either click on the var in the blue top bar or just backspace to get there. now you see a bunch of folders. scroll down until you see a folder named "stash". open the folder and find another folder that's named themes. mine had two folders named themes so open both and find the one that has the standard winterboard themes in it.

    Step 5
Now take your Multitask_FolderBG and drag and drop into the themes folder that has the winterboard themes in it.

    Step 6
Now you should have the theme in your winterboard and should now look like this

Same thing as this. Except yours uses winterboard. The other way is quicker, but this is better for the average user. Nice tutorial though.

Hi how to make this work in iOS 4.1 without deleting the "private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.Springboard.folderSwitcherLinen "?

EDIT: tried deleting the cache file but didn't work.

    Read my sig.

It works for me, it might be because you are using a tweak, which edits it, possible FolderEnhancer, which uses a different file?
