Fixed, thought Tinyumbrella would auto update. Saving SHSH blobs now.

He's rewriting the next version to have features like auto-update, but this version isn't that. He didn't think he could have the rewrite up in time for a potential jailbreak for iOS 6.1

Oh, ok. I don't really like having to go update a program myself.

Is it worthwhile saving the shsh for an ipad 3? They can't be downgraded anyway, right?

Save it, just in case. All you need to do is spend a couple minutes pressing a few buttons, and voila!

Any particular reason, outside of being able to save them locally, that this program is any better than letting Cydia save them? I just let Redsnow pull SHSH blobs from Cydia and off I go.

Cydia can't always pull them in every case. And it's good to have local backups for certain tasks.

Hmm... I guess if I notice that Cydia doesn't pull them I can grab TinyUmbrella. I haven't ran into a situation of needing them local, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to pull them and keep a copy on my server just in case.
