My time keeps jumping one hour ahead everytime I sync my ipod. My computer time is correct and my computer does not go into sleep mode while itunes is open. Anyone have any other solutions?

Set the 'Date & Time' in your Settings > General to "Set Automatically" ?

Your computer is probably in a different time zone then your iPod. Because the iPod always updates time directly from your computer. Check your time and make sure everything is fine. If it doesn't help, then try looking for broken/bad packages in Cydia that might effect your time.
