I have turned off the 24-Hour time in format in 'settings/general/date & time' but it still comes up in 24hr format. Is there another setting that i'm missing.

After changing it I restarted the touch but it still didn't make any difference.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I also have strange time problems. Mine seems to change time zone totally randomly. I've also noticed it only updates the recently played playlist in my itunes if i dont turn the ipod off. So if i want to keep a recently played playlist on itunes i can never turn the ipod off or sync it everyday - therfor the battery drains quicker.. I had a 60gig black video ipod for 3 years without 1 single problem. I've had my touch a month with endless ball ache.
    album covers,
    video playback just stopping,
    sync timing out on itunes,
    screen freezes,
    touch doesn't respond,
    wi-fi just freezing,
    itunes downloads stopping mid download,

    I'm fed up.
The apple after sales help here in the uk is garbage also. Can i please have my money back??
