I found that when I turn my ipod touch's volume to maximum and play a video or music for a few seconds and stop playing, then when I change the volume up and down it makes a ticking sound..
It doesn't happen when I play something in lower volume..
    Is this normal?

They do that. it's normal. You just might not be able to hear it when your Volume is down low.

I've been hearing it ever since I bought my 2G before I jailbroke. So it's normal.
