Yep, looking at similar 3d designs makes a person really wants to learn on how to use softwares like (3D Max) but it will need a lot of practice to be able on making professional designs.

The first concept would require a huge battery for those projectors. And people complain about the iphone's battery life.

I agree, but by the time comes that such a concept can be brought to life, then don't you think that there will be an upgrade on the battery as well?! I mean come on, before the Lithium batteries there was the Nickel batteries, at some point they are going to be forced to develop batteries that are better than Lithium's,

Actually they should've done it already, as Lithium batteries are clearly not enough to run touchscreen cellphones, but the problem is that instead of them considering to make a better battery, they just focus on eliminating unnecessary system background processes that may or may not increase the battery life cycle.

say what you will about their feasibility, those are some sweet fantasies. kudos for the dream

Alright here is how I look at it,

    3D Camera:-
All what need to be done is fit two cameras instead of one (both on rear, or both on front) and make it possible to use them simultaneously.

    Keyboard Projector:-
Those things already exist long time ago for computers, and now there are some types that can be connected with an iPhone/iPad, so all they need to do is think about away to integrate it inside an iDevice.

    Display Projector:-
Cellphones with built-in projectors already exist, for example (Samsung Galaxy Beam) of course it is not as fancy as that iPhone concept on the first video, but at least it is a start.

Unfortunately the deal breaker is not if it is possible or not to turn those concepts into reality, but it is how much will it cost to do so, which you have explained in one word that is (feasibility)
