Those who use cracked ipa apps

    Those who uses this method aint there a chance that apple can see that they are illigaly downloaded or something and send home a big bill? Or is it like on a million?

    I dont think they can find out unless you send them info from your ipod

    most likely not if it says you should send important information to them from your ipod don't do it if you are running cracked apps

    Apple can't force you to link to get the updated list. Nor can they force your iPod to connect to that list unless you tell the iPod to do it, it's called turning off wifi.

    So the only sure way they can do that is if they put it on the iPod themselves. And if they do do this, they can easily get sued for having access to personal information.

    Other way, firmware upgrades, but you have to agree to those.

    Jailbreaking can also get rid of this "blacklist" if the Dev Team really wanted to.

    I think it would be impossible for them to see unless you send them some ipod info or such
