This is a discussion thread for the "This is Why There Won't Be an Apple Television Set This Year" story posted on the front page.
There isn't really a point for Apple releasing a TV, Samsung will sue Apple and Apple sue Samsung over that, too Okay, okay, jk. Honestly, Apple said it was a hobby. It was a side project. They are busy with their other "magical" devices. They would have to create a whole new department and hire people who know what they are doing in order to do this.
