my arguement against that is the keyboard i have to say lets face it is slower than typing on a blackberry...i know u guys well go against me for saying that and also the 7gb of videos u have arent neccesary on your iphone u could keep like a small amount of videos everyday instead of put them all in at once.

It's just personal opinion. By this point, I've gotten much faster at typing on the iPhone. In fact, I can't stand typing on the buttons anymore. However, I do love how you state your opinion as if it is fact.

And besides, the look at all that wasted real estate on the phone kills me. Again, that's just my opinion, but I believe I can get a lot more accomplished on a larger, easier to read screen.

If you TRUST the iphone, and dont use the texting language, such as r u ther and ttyl then you can type much faster on iphone/ipodt then any hard keyboard, at lease for those of us who have stubby fingers. You try typing a message on a treo when your index finger takes up 4 buttons

    good for you...

i use my ipod as a "blackberry" and it is pretty useful. all i want is the ipod to have externals speakers...

my dad is thinking about a palm pilot.... he told me as if he wanted me to change his mind to get an iphone instead.

it kinda makes sense but i just think that the iphone is better suited for it cuz it can access internet and all that everywhere, where as the touch can only access the internet with wifi, and not all places have it

i agree with everyone that an ipod touch is just as good as a PDA. and you alll say the only difference is the phone part. BUt the other thing is internet. iphones have it prettymuch everywhere, ipod touch users are confined to hotspots. with an iphone you can get that last minute email in the elevator on your way up to the meeting, where as with the ipod you would look like a fool finding good internet.
