The obvious is that it doesn't work with your iPod.

Seems like your on a lower firmware that the app requires.

    But why?

In the description it doesn't say anything about it not working on the iPod Touch 2G with 3.1.3. I've noticed it happens with apps from Donut Games. I have an app that's called Traffic Rush that was released by Donut Games & I downloaded it before this problem came about, now that it needs an update it won't allow me to update. The same error comes up.

o your on 3.1.3, then it shouldn't be showing any firmwares errors. Try downloading it from itunes on your computer then syncing it over.

Does it have something to do with your jailbreak?

I've renamed your thread so that if others were to search for the same problem it would be easier for them.

Actually Actually i believe its an issue that occurs when using MMP Flip (the tweak that combines your music and videos app like on the iPhone)

To resolve this just use SBSettings to go into safe mode and then you will be able to download your apps
