I don't think so. I'm just alittle worried about the Chrome back plate and the Wi-Fi. They took off the rubber... I guess we'll have to wait and see.

apple is not dumb, there not going to have the same problem twice and the thing has a warranty so if there is im sure u can change it, and the wifi will be fine im sure they tested it many times

I can't make that decision man, haha. It's up to you.

Steve Jobbs said the iPhone 4 was leaked from Lab Testing. They tested the iPhone 4 many times and it still had problems. Why might the iPod Touch 4G be any different? You gotta keep these types of things in mind.

yea but there is no reason to worry im sure those problems will leak before the 1 year warranty expires, but im sure there wont be problems i have confidence that apple knows not to make the same mistake again

Alright, sounds good to me. I too believe they fixed that issue. It was really bad when the news came out.

I don't think Apple is gonna repeat the same mistake twice.

I'm not worried at all, honestly. If anything, I can see them botching the screen like they did the first generation.

Of course, the no-WiFi patch does raise some concern, but the iPad WiFi only version doesn't have the patch, and it receives signal just fine.
