is there any packages that can improve my ram and other performance things on my itouch. i dont have anything really installed besides multitasking/wallpapers.
Just by going in cydia it would run out of ram in about 3 mins with no apps in the multitasking bar?

Turn off wallpapers to get a huge performance increase. Turn off multitasking to get even more. If you don't have anything else installed there really isn't anything you can do to speed it up. You can figure out for yourself pretty easily that Apple would have already done so if there was a way.

The only thing I can recommend for you if you're willing is to remove key launchdaemons because many insist that it works for increasing speed, although I've never noticed an improvement.

iMemory Enhancer adds memory and speeds it up like if it were new, but it takes away alot of RAM and it's risky...

    Edit the .plist in springboard.app.
