    I <3 HTC Evo 4G.

    Best phone ever!

The iPhone's data is so slow compared to the Evo (but I live in a 4G area).

It's around $230ish right? Yes Apple is a successful company, no one can't deny that.
Obviously, they lost their sense when they developed the new iPod nano.

A phone that loses reception when held in your left hand is not desirable tho... But I suppose the reception goes down elegantly

You can reasonably use SD cards for every device which you want to be able to change the storage without much effort. Using SD cards for smartphones has advantages, for example you can upgrade the storage without changing the device and you essentially can have unlimited storage.

Lots of notebooks today have build in SD card readers. And an SD card reader for USB cannot cost the world.

What 'extraordinarily important corners' for example?

Yeah, nobody uses USB ports ever. Are you insane?

Apple is ahead of the competition because they were the first. It always takes competitiors to catch up against an established brand. Just take a look at Ford and the Model T. Today only about 16% of all Americans drive a car manufactured by Ford.

The thing I find most appealing about the iPad is the screen size. I have yet to find an android tablet with a 10 inch screen. Not that I've been looking very hard though.

Do you carry around SD cards? Sure, SD card readers are cheap, but that doesn't make it any more sensible to use SD cards. USB thumb drives are cheaper anyway, and work with any desktop computer.

The things you don't notice you notice—mainly in the user experience. For example, scrolling, transitions, the device's general layout, interface and icon design, the list goes on. Other manufacturers are blatantly ripping off design trends created by Apple.

What do you use USB for? I have an iPod touch and an iPad, both of which can plug into my computer's USB. Other than that, the only thing I ever plug in is my camera, and the iPad doesn't have the high-power photo editing tools that desktop computers offer.

Apple doesn't rest on their laurels. They continue to push out great products every year. Some year are more "magical and revolutionary" than others, but they never stop innovating.

Finally, regarding the new iPod Nano:
It works for a lot of people. The design is different, but what were you looking for? There's no pleasing you guys, really. Your ridiculous tirades are either caused by Apple's failure to incorporate an absurd new feature, or their willingness to try new designs. I know how much you guys love to hate Apple.

Also, I've been seeing a lot of new iPod Nanos around, so maybe it's just you.

I'd take an iPad over this any day. The hardware is nice, but the screen is too small for me and I hate Android. :p

I'd definitely take one if I were offered it for free though.

Right, because you want to add additional memory by adhering a bulky storage device to your iPad. Also, AirPrint. USB is wholly unnecessary on the iPad.
