I've seen hundreds of comments on YouTube of people having the same exact problem:

    No white screen

I just don't understand, why isn't there an answer?

I tried 2 different methods on 2 different computers (one with Vista and one with 32-bit XP), and still the same problem:

No white screen after you put it on DFU mode.

I believe it's a problem the IPOD itself has, but what could it be? I've searched google for many answer without finding an answer.

I followed ALL the steps, I am 100% sure I'm doing everything correctly - just as the instructions say!

The thing is that many people skip one step after putting their ipods in DFU mode which is executing

    Code:
    iRecovery -f iBSS211.dfu
Execute this and then unplug your ipod for 10 seconds(it may be less), now you should get your white screen

When watching a tutorial, I noticed the guy saying "Make sure you are freshly restored to the 2.2.1 firmware before starting" What does "freshly restored" mean? Does i mean that I need to have no apps on it, or is it just another way of saying "make sure you have 2.2.1"?

Will cyw00ds gui work on Vista 64 after doing the procedure to make libusb work on a 64-bit version?
