Theoretically speaking if someone were to pwn a 2.0 firmware for iPod Touch and it was transferred to a Windows user all that use would have to do is restore to it via iTunes and they would have a jailbroken 2.0?

    P.S. Is Cydia basically installer?

If you pwn using winpwn on 1.1.4, you should be able to use a pwned ipsw.

You just restore to the pwned 2.0 image; no need to be pwned previously.
