Would it be possible to theme Pandora using Winterboard?
If so what would the directory need to be?

    probably
find the application files via ssh and just edit the pictures in Pandora.app

I thought about that, but AppStore apps reside in a different directory than Cydia apps. So I'm not sure if it would still be the same tag.

We'll you can go into the app and edit the image files and "replace" the other images with your images. However on the next update, it would revert to the original.

    The folder lays in:
    /private/var/mobile/Applications/91E6...
(the folders are not named so you have to find the Pandora.app folder.)
Mine was 91E6 (Then a bunch more)

Once you find that folder, you can edit the images and replace theme to theme pandora.

You can theme over apps. I am not sure how exactly. Like iCopter.

(Tried this, but it didn't work, maybe you can get it to work.)
You probably need to make a folder such as:
    Pandora.theme/(Bundles)/Pandora.app (or com.yourcompany.Pandora/

I know Pandora uses some stuff from Media player, but not all.
I'd rather not mess around with the app's images if a don't have to.
