Is the dock supposed to change? Is it named Dock.png?

If it doesn't change, are you using SummerBoard Compatibility Mode or not? Most themers haven't stopped using the old SummerBoard formats, which meant that if there's no SBDockBG.png file in Bundles/com.apple.springboard, it won't theme.

Also, this question belongs in the theme forums.

Not sure what's wrong, but this worked for me:

If you have Reflective Dock installed, turn dock reflections OFF and un-install it. (If you already un-installed it: re-install, turn reflections OFF, and un-install)
