I think I've posted this before, and didn't get a solution.

I download full themes from Cydia, not ones that require me to SSH or whatever. I enable them in WinterBoard and respring. But the theme does not meet up to what it says it does. I'll have a changed background, lock screen and power toggle slider, but icons and such all stay the same. :/ Is there something I am doing wrong?

    No, I have WinterBoard. That's how I respring. Here's what I mean:

Notice how the unlock slider and background have changed...

...and how none of these icons have, but the background has.

    Have an idea?

If you're on iOS 4, it's because Springboard has been changed, and features have been broken. Per page backgrounds are broken, and many springboard imagenames were changed. And some themes for iOS 4 don't work on iOS 3.

But it did this when I used to have iOS 3, which was before iOS 4 came out. I updated right away.
