On my iPod Touch, no matter which theme i run, it doesnt apply to the icon dock. The dock always shows that default theme (screenshots attached).
Can someone tell me which option i need to enable/disable in order to set it right?

Did you by any chance install "Shrink" and then uninstall it? I had the same exact problem. After getting rid of Shrink, it screwed something up so the default dock was always there. What I did was manually change the dock image for each theme I set via SSH. The location of the dock image is: /system/library/coreservices/springboard.app

Make backups of and replace "SBDockBG.png" and "SBDockBG2.png" with the dock that your theme came with. You will have to do this every time you want to change the dock, so unless anyone else figures out how to fix this, this seems to the be only way to fix your dock problem without restoring.
