"Hey, I have an idea for a theme!"

You load up Themeory and type in a theme name:

The app will then give you a listing of the theme parts you can create. You can now make a custom check-off list of which parts you'd like to do. For each listing you can add a note of what it would look like, what graphics you'll need, which core set and custom set of icons you want to create for the theme, etc..

The main window will show you your theme ideas and what percentage you actually have done. It will also give you a listing of which programs you'll need for this theme to work correctly.

Yea...but I mean for theemes like iNav, it would be a serious b*tch to work with.
Plus i doubt all of the theme creators would give permission for you to use parts of their themes like that.
AND unless you mean someone hosting it online, that app would be HUGE.

Uh…I think you misunderstand. I'm talking about a general checkoff list…

    Theme Name
    Number of icons in rows
    How many Springjumps?
    Which standard icons are completed?
    Which custom icons are completed?
Is background completed? Battery? Lockscreen etc?

I'm talking general questions and listings not the specifics for every single theme.
