I have 1.1.3 and i can SSH into my ipod. I want to put a theme on it but SMB obviously doesnt work. Is there a way to put in a custom theme without using the SMB app ?

you can change each individual icon.png in each and every application on your springboard then set your wallpaper to LockBackground.png.

I'm assuming that you can ssh into your ipod, and this should work. For the dock, you can do it through customize, also assuming you can get your customize to work.

Then you should have something that looks exactly like your theme. =)

    Your welcome!

SMB does work with 1.1.3. You have to go to System/Library/CoreServices and in there should be a file called SystemVersion.plist. Open it with a text editer and at the bottom change the version number from 1.1.3 to 1.1.2. This only works with icons for now. This also works for customize.

You just can't change your wallpaper with SMB.
