Hey, i didn't know where to put this but anyways,

I was wondering if it was possible to manually theme the iPhone SDK/iPhone Simulator? I figured that the pictures must be somewhere, no?

    A simple question.

Wherever images are stored in the phone's filesystem is where the images will be stored on the Simulator. This is true for every single image.
