    I just hav a few customization/ theme questions for the iPod touch:
    1) I know you can change the loading screens to apps but can you create an animated loading screen for an app, if so how?
    2) can you create an animation that opens your device? Like after you slide your slider, is it possible for a little animation to play instead of just fading in to your springboard, again, if so how?
    3) can you make different backgrounds for each springboard page? And if so how?

    I think that's it for now, thank you SO much if you can answer these, I really need help because I'm trying to make a theme soon.

    As far as I know, animating both 1 and 2 is impossible. That's something built in with springboard (for #2) and it can't really be themed.

    Number three is very easy.
    Just name your files Page(n).png
    So for example:
    Page0.png
    Page1.png
    (0 is the first page)

    And place them in the root of your theme.

    Your Awesome Theme.theme
    -> Page0.png
    -> Page1.png

    This will overlay the corresponding images on the pages. So if you wanted you could even add on to the wallpaper or use transparencies etc. It all doesn't just have to be a new wallpaper, but it can be.
