Is there any way to make the icons inside my Categories folders match the theme on Springboard? I've tried SSHing theme icons into the ~Categories/icons folder, but that (understandably) only allows you to select those icons for the folders themselves as they would appear on Springboard. Thanks in advance!

Open the settings and tap the apply theme thingy.

Perhaps I'm blind or something, but when I open up Categories, all I see are the "Edit" and "Add" buttons at the top, my folders listed below that, and "Restart SB", "Help", and "Change Log" buttons at the bottom. Not sure where this "settings" tab is...

Oh sorry , you have to open the category you made and press the little i there.
And it should say apply theme (whatever your theme is)

Oh holy crap, I never saw the little "i" down there before...my background has a lot of white in it. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the heads up on the little "i" at the bottom. I never would have figured that out! Kudos.
