    1. Install OpenSSH from Cydia: Tutorial
    2. Find the theme you want
    3. SSH in to your iDevice and add the theme to "/Library/Themes"

That is as easy as I can make it.
    Sorry if it doesn't help.

If by "without been already on Cydia" you mean, not jailbroken, then you can't. But you can manually add themes like the above post.

Read the tutorial. Use your brain...and google. It's called OpensSSH

It's called OpenSSH (correcting post above which had an extra s).
There's also a way to install them without having a comp, it was in someone's sig but I can't find it.
Basically, you use all the packages that go along with your friendly neighborhood pirating app (not the actual app just the download plugin and 7zip etc) and iFile to move the files around. I think for newbies that might be simpler.

He asked for an easy method.

SSH isn't dead-simple to setup. iFile requires already having a visual picture a "folders view" provides.

i-FunBox or iPhone Explorer (for PC) or iPhone Explorer (for MAC) free software "folder view" and "files view" added, as well, in iFunBox, is as simple as it gets.

Download a xxxxxxx.theme or unzip to find xxxxxxx.theme.

Read any special instructions, if any, in the theme.zip

If i-FunBox or iFunBox, "drag-n-drop" xxxxxxx.theme to Raw File System/Library/Themes

In WinterBoard "checkmark" the theme name, move at or near the top of the list, close WinterBoard (white spinning dial, resprings, hold iPhone/Touch on edge, see glowing dark blue, see goes black, wait more, see Lockscreen). If not quick opening Lockscreen, press Home button to get Lockscreen again.

Try to avoid needless pressing buttons, during the respring. Respring may take more time, or less, depending on how much is being inplemented or how much memory is available.

You do have Cydia and WinterBoard?

Start there: get WinterBoard. Then proceed.
