it's really simple to make a BASIC theme, but if you would like to change, say the whole calculator app, it's a lot harder and needs alot more time on it.

this is only to make a basic theme just to get you started:

create a folder on your desktop with the name of your theme

in this folder create another folder, and call it "Icons" Exacty how i spelt it.

now in this folder you can put all the icons you want in this folder. name the icon of the name of the app it replaces. (4eg i have a icon for music, i name it "Music" and save it in the "Icons" folder)

now once you've done that, you can come out of the iconsfolder into your main folder and create an image called Wallpaper, this is your background, for your SB. the size of the wallpaper should be 320x480x32.

now in the main folder again, this time make an image called "Dock" this is the dock,
    and should be 320x30x32.

import the whole folder to your ipod/iphone via ssh in the "themes" folder. you will obviously need a JB ipod and winterboard.

once you done, just load it in WB.

by the way, the icons should be 50x50x32

His guide is very good except for the sizing:

    Dock: 320x91

    Wallpaper: 320x480

    Icons: 60x60

To make a basic theme and to save time you could search up on Google for theme sets, and then edit them using Printshop, if you have it, or GIMP as an alternative. Also make sure to save ALL images in the .png format, for example Music.png.
