    Hi guys!!

New itouch owner here for the past few days, enjoying it very much!

I hope this isn't a double post, I apologize to everyone if it is, but I wanted to share one of my fave sites on the 'touch..

    http://xhtml.weather.com/xhtml/search

It's the Weather Channel's mobile phone weather service.. It's free too! It's meant to be used on cell phones, but as long as you have a wireless internet connection, it works great on an itouch too! I find the doppler radar images very handy while traveling out on the road.

Anyway, thanks for letting me be a part of the group. I know very little about all this stuff, so I lurk and read a lot. If I have anything else worth saying, or if I come across something else that might be pretty cool, I'll speak up.

    Kind Regards,
    Steve

    Rambo6--

Ahh, my bad! So sorry. I didn't want to blow it, and I did.

You have however, offered me a homework assignment! I'll start doing a bit of looking around for more weather related goodies, I'll see what I can come up with for something globally, not focused solely on the US of A.

    Regards-
    Steve

I still prefer accuweather. It's very sleek looking and doesn't have any ads.

    Yep Jason, I agree..

OK Rambo6, try this for a global weather solution:

    http://apple.accuweather.com/widget/iphone1/iphone.html

It's an iphone widget, but it works just as well on the 'touch. Click the lower case 'i' on the lower right corner, enter your choice of location and enjoy.

    Thanks for the challenge!
